The goal of this evaluation is to measure the effectiveness
of the primary program, administered at Children’s Hospital’s
Center for Child Protection. The goals of the program are
to improve the health, education, and development of adolescent
parents and their children, to lower the rate of secondary
births to teens participating in the teen parenting program,
and to increase the independent living skills of adolescent
parents.
