This purpose of this County of San Diego contract is to evaluate the objectives and outcomes of the San Pasqual Academy, a residential facility providing services to youth in foster care. The major objectives fall into the following categories: youth specific outcomes, quality of education, health and wellness services, family ties, community ties, and independent living.
