This purpose of this County of San Diego contract is to provide technical consultation, assessment, evaluation, distribution, collection, analysis, and writing services to the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency's Mental Health Services System. The project will conduct all phases of a Cultural Competence System Assessment, create a self-assessment evaluation instrument, determine readiness on the part of the County's Mental Health System, and will develop a report for Mental Health Administration based on an analysis of data collected in the completed self-assessment instruments.
