Evaluation of the Encinitas Domestic Violence Team

The purpose of this contract is to design a statistical database program and collect the appropriate data necessary to evaluate the Encinitas Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT) including implementation, quality and outcomes of the Encinitas DVRT.
