This purpose of this County of San Diego contract is provide services that will enable the Health and Human Services Agency to continue to maintain a system to facilitate quality assurance monitoring for home visitation models placed throughout San Diego County. The data gathered by this system will be used to improve service delivery to more effectively work with families.
