Study of Permanency Planning Outcomes for Foster Children

Funding: Agency on Children, Youth and Families (1/93-12/94, $250,000)

Examined factors which differentiate children according to their Permanency Planning status (reunification with birth family, adoption, guardianship or long-term foster care) at 18 months after foster care entry, with study samples in San Diego and Washington State.
