Design and monitor the formal evaluation component of the Mental Health Services “SARMS Wraparound Program” funded by a grant from SAMHSA.
The study investigators will develop and propose data collection tools for the study, provide technical assistance, training in administration of measures and in data collection procedures to meet the evaluation goals of the project.
